Manages the editor, coordinates timelines, publishes episodes across platforms, and maintains the production calendar.   • Runs production operations for NEXT, from remote studio setup to detailed pre-production and post-production management.   • Supports The Two Percent’s move into a video-first format through studio coordination, recording oversight, and structured project management.   • Drove the development and weekly production of Morning Brew’s After Earnings from concept to execution. Selected hosts, built the early format with the executive producer, and guided scripting, guest relations, and on-set creative direction. Wrote in-depth notes on earnings, executive decisions, and industry trends while supporting a show that shipped every week.

    Managed post-production and distribution across all platforms. Handled episode publishing, titles, timestamps, summaries, and social copy. From January 2024 to February 2025, grew the YouTube channel by more than 1,300 subscribers, generated more than 530,000 impressions, and drove more than 91,000 views across videos and shorts. On Megaphone, the podcast reached more than 34,000 listeners and delivered more than 50,000 downloads across connected RSS platforms.

  • Supported the launch of The BigDeal Podcast during its foundational build, contributing to title selection, branding, episode structure, edit guidance, and guest selection for a creator with more than 1.7 million YouTube subscribers. Managed studio bookings during travel windows, coordinated guest communication, and worked with external agencies to maintain production quality and consistency.

    Built a streamlined cross-functional workflow that kept the show operating smoothly despite frequent location changes. In its first six months, the podcast’s YouTube channel grew from zero to nearly 800,000 views. On Megaphone, it reached more than 215,000 listeners and delivered over 360,000 downloads across RSS platforms.

  • Rachel Braun produced a podcast released six times per week with more than 200,000 streams per episode. Oversaw daily production, wrote show notes, coordinated guest interviews, and managed creator relations. Led marketing across TikTok, X, and a weekly newsletter. Grew the community through Discord, Slack, and Twitter groups to more than 2,500 active members. Executed three events for All-In Summit 2022, managing logistics from venue scouting to vendor coordination.

  • At Initialized, Rachel led daily social media operations with a focus on high-signal, founder- and investor-facing content. She created and executed campaigns, wrote platform-native copy, edited videos, produced short-form clips, and tracked performance to optimize strategy.

    Between March 2024 and February 2025, she helped grow Initialized’s LinkedIn following to nearly 30,000, reaching over 190,000 members. During this period, the page attracted 20,000+ unique visitors, earned 43,000+ views, and generated more than 325,000 impressions.

  • At Dynamo, Rachel manages social media pages, including daily posting, content planning, strategy development, copywriting, graphics creation, and data tracking.

  • At Contra, Rachel created content across platforms including X and TikTok, edited her own videos, developed creative copy, and sourced roles for the Contra platform that best represented the community.

  • At The One Creator Lab—a partnership between TikTok and The One Club for Creativity—Rachel honed her short-form content skills while collaborating with industry leaders. The program offered insights from over 150 Chief Creative Officers and bridged the gap between creators and agency creatives, giving her invaluable opportunities to learn and network.
